Tumblr Challenge
I have a challenge for anyone who reads this. You see, each tick of watch brings another second of where our world around us is changing. And when you look back at each year or years, we begin to realize just how many of the unexpected events has made everything different from what use to be and has changed how we react, think, love, and believe in certain things. People will come and go in our lives, things that were so important to us become forgotten, and we’ll eventually grow up into the person that we were meant to be. But sometimes, it’s interesting to try to remember who we once were. To remember that stranger we once were before becoming that person we will become.
So here is my challenge for you:
Write about the person you are right now. Write about what is important to you right now…whether it’s about that person you are crushing on, that person who has already stolen your heart, or some global issue. Just anything. Write about what you think about, what you hate, the important people in your life right now, your deepest darkest secrets, and what you think the future will be like when you read this post again.
And then queue this post for one year, two years, even five year from now. Who knows if you’ll still be using Tumblr by than. But one day, this post will randomly pop up one day. And you’ll see how much has changed. You’ll remember who you once were and you’ll see who has exited out of your life and who has joined it. You will be reacquainted with the person you once were.
Than reblog this post so other people can do this challenge too. And in a year, two years, or even more years from now, we’ll all be able to see these post show up on the dashboard and be introduced to these strangers from the past.
You know, there are things called journals or diaries which also serve a similar purpose but this idea is cool too.
